Creating innovative Environmentally Sustainable Outdoor Activities was the main goal of the learning exchange event organized near Sofia, Bulgaria for all the partners in the YGBN Project. The event gathered participants from the 6 partner organizations from 6 European countries – Belgium, Croatia, Italy, Estonia, Lithuania, and Bulgaria. Each partner had a wide variety of outdoor activities to show. We blended them together and focused on those that are suitable for young women.

The innovative practices are now gathered in the Toolkit ‘’Young Women Going Back to Nature’’, a free resource available to download for everyone interested.
The event was the first in-person activity of the international project Youth Going Back to Nature – Engage, Connect, Empower supported by the Erasmus + Program. The learning exchange was followed by a meeting of all partner organizations that marked the foundation of the European Youth Outdoor Network.
