The six partner organizations of the project Youth Going Back to Nature – Engage, Connect, Empower developed a practical and useful toolkit for activities that bring young people with disabilities back to nature. The expertise of the teams from 6 European countries resulted in a comprehensive approach of connecting that particular group of young people with nature. Explore the activities:

- The Wheel of Life Exercise for People with Disabilities
The activities follow the principles of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. The activities are oriented towards the individual taking into account how to ensure sustainability. The youth workers, coaches, consultants, assistants, experts, mentors, educators, and anyone working with young people with intellectual disabilities are encouraged to use holistic approach in applying the activities of the toolkit.
